To ship


- What is your delivery time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Depending on your location, it may take up to 7 business days to receive your order.

- Which courier will my order be shipped with?

We ship with DHL, DPD and PostNL.

- How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order.

- Do I have to pay shipping costs?

No, we do NOT charge shipping costs. This way you have even more benefits at home!

If the product is complete and undamaged, you can return it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You can register your return via this page.

- Who bears the return costs?

The return costs are borne by the customer.

- I have received a damaged/defective product. What now?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, we recommend that you contact us via  this page We will then help you further and solve the problem.
